Hello everyone!
I installed my first Intercom 2 days ago. It's a 2-wire installation, DS-KH6320-WTPE2 + DS-KV8103-IMPE2, so it should be very simple.
At first I didn't have any problems, but soon after making the first settings they appeared. Now my problem is exactly the same as the video below with no video image in the call but 100% fine on Live View.
I already added the Indoor Station to the software (the only device online).
